Horizon court and cafe caribe?

Can anyone tell me what the difference is in these two? I am a little confused. Are they both open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner? Both buffet?

They're both buffets, but Cafe Caribe has more themed menus most evenings and often at lunch. I didn't really see much difference at breakfast. Both have service on the starboard and port sides, but sometimes one side is closed on one or both of them. If it's a real busy time all sides are open. We loved the German night, and it was fun trying food from other cultures every night.
