Hi there, the answer to the first part of your question is Yes, although you do have to climb about a dozen steps at the bow of the ship & then back down the other side. However for this added step excercise, you are rewarded with one of our favourite views from the ship, the panoramic cutaway at the bow, great for sailing in and out of port, or along canals, fjords etc.
As for the internet packages, I am fairly certain that you were able to buy various packages which worked out much cheaper than pay as you go, and once you reach a certain tier on their loyalty scheme, you also get allocated some free time.
