Ruby Princess Riviera Deck Question
We are booking our 1st ever cruise and were looking at cabins on the Riviera deck thinking maybe higher decks are better for views etc BUT I noticed when looking at pictures of the ship that the Riviera deck stateroom balconies appear to be right under the deck above which steps out from the ship. I think its the ice cream bar, neptune bar etc. Does this mean the balconies will be in the shade unlike the lower cabins which step futher out from the ship.
Can anyone help or post a piccy. We were looking at a cabin forward of midships.
thank you very much
Yes, you are correct that they will be in the shade, depending on the angle of the sun. The upside is that you have more privacy. The other balconies are in almost full view of people above you.
