Question Ruby: Mini-suite balconies

Are all or a portion of the balconies open to the decks above. It looks like this is the case given the outline around each deck on the deck plans.

All of the mini-suites on the Dolphin deck have completely UNcovered balconies. The only minisuites that have covered balconies are the AD minisuites found at the aft portion of the Emerald deck. They are completely private.

The mini-suite balconies provide no privacy from above unless you are in an AD class room. While I didn't really find it distracting, I booked an AD class room on the Crown for next year. I've also been on the deck just above the mini-suites (extended balconies) and they have the same issue. The mini-suites are worth the money for the tub alone!
