not even on the ship yet and I'm thinking about food . I've read about pub meals in the wheelhouse bar can anyone tell me more about it. Is it everday? Any advice on what not to miss would be appreciated. Also, are there two formal nights on a 7 night??

Yes, there are 2 formal nights on a 7 day cruise. You don't have to participate unless you want to dine in the Main Dining Room (s).

The "pub meals" are offered on different days. I don't think it's every day, but maybe 3 out of 4?

We checked it out and decided that while it would be delicious, the resulting "heartburn" wasn't worth it !

If you're young and have an iron stomach, go for it!

There's something nasty about their sausages and why settle for that when they have perfectly good food in the Horizon or the dining room? Still lots of folks seem to like it.

We loved the Fish and Chips on Pub night on Princess. That is one of my all-time favorites anyway. On our cruise to Alaska last year I only recalled hearing about it one time, but I very well could have missed a few.
