A couple more Caribbean Princess Questions!

1. Self service laundry mat: Coins only, or dollar bills?

2. Shore excursion: All booked but 1, as we could not ore reserve. Have to check onboard. Are the shore excursion desks open when we board, or will I have to wait until the next day?

3. Sanctuary: We definately want to book a few days here. I heard it is limited space and to reserve right away...so, once on board, where do I go to reserve? Also, anyone have any input on their experience at Sanctuary?

I never got to go into the sanctuary, but it sure looked great from the other side of the railing - comfy looking padded loungers! Not crowded. I didnt think the price was worth it for my budget - so I was just slumming it on the regular deck.

Sanctuary sounds like heaven, without kids. I plan on doing that also but not sure how to reserve.

On my last cruise, I thought there was a change machine in the laundry room on Sapphire, but I could be wrong. If there is a casino, it's easy to 'change' out. I am pretty sure the purser's desk could help also.

Not quite understanding your excursion question...have you registered and signed in to the ship's website? I have found in the past that any popular excursion is better booked through the lines.

I have been wrong before, and there are many who could/should point that out to me.

Thank you for the info....Yes, I have pre reserved 3 excursions in 3 of the ports on the website. I want to book an excursion in San Juan, but the one I want states it can't be pre reserved, only booked on board.

The shore excursion desk will be open when you board. I'd suggest that one of you go there and another to book the Sanctuary.

If the location to book is not announced, ask the person who checks you in at embarkation. They probably won't know, but will ask someone who does!
