Default Mini-Suite Question

We've booked D500 on the Sapphire. Our question goes out to CMs who have sailed in D500 on any grand class ship (Sapphire, Diamond, Grand or Golden). The deck plans shows a void area across from D500. Is this a crew workstation, and if it is, did you experience alot of early morning commotion? DH can sleep through anything, but I'm a light sleeper.

Thanks for your replies.

Those mini-suites have a lot of space between the front doors and the beds. I doubt noise will be a problem where you are.

I have been on The Sapphire on 5-cruises in past 4 years.
D-500 is great location, The noise you will hear will be from drunks going back to there cabins at 3 AM, your mid ship.

Cheers

Danny

When we were on the Grand class we booked E731 mini suite. The room offers an extended balcony and offers a bit of privacy. We loved it!

Thanks, Danny. That's good to hear....not about the drunks at 3:00 a.m. (lol), but that we choose a great location. We booked a 14 day LA/Hawaii roundtrip. I'm looking forward to those sea days. Can't wait!!!

Those Dolphin deck minis are really nice cabins. The only thing you need to be aware of is the uncovered balcony. I've had them several times, and no big deal to me. We just ended up chatting will all the folks above us who looked down on our balcony.

C ya onboard soon!! YAY!
