Default Debarkation Time

If a ship arrives at its final destination at 12:30 a.m., like the Island Princess on an Alaska Cruise, are the passengers allowed to sleep until morning, or do they have to leave the ship at that time? I'm a bit confused with this one.

You will not have to be off of the ship until 8 or 9 the next morning. They won't make you get off in the middle of the night.

Take care and enjoy your Alaska cruise.

Thanks. That really threw me off a bit. It wouldn't make sense to debark at at a God awful time. I'm seriously considering this cruise.

We have done both the Princess(Whittier) and HAL(Seward) fourteen day cruise from Vancouver .
Those boarding would highly recommend doing the land first and then the cruise.

We prefer the 14 day cruise from Vancouver without any land part.
