I am on the Princess Cruise Personalizer right now trying to put in my flight information. Has anyone done this before?
It keeps telling me, "Error: The flight number you entered is not valid. Please delete this flight and re-enter the corrected information above."
I am putting in exactly what my confirmation says. I am flying Southwest. It asks for a Record Locator as well, and I have been putting the flight confirmation # (which is used to search for flight status etc. on their website.) Is that correct?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks!

Are you putting in Southwest's confirmation number? The personalizer just wants the flight number. i.e. Flight 340. Here is a confirmation from Southwest.
Date Flight Departure/Arrival
Wed Feb 22 340
Depart DALLAS LOVE FIELD (DAL) at 11:40 AM Stops in ST LOUIS MO (STL)
Arrive in MSP TERMINAL 2 (MSP) at 3:15 PM
Travel Time 3 hrs 35 mins
Take care,
Mike

I put it all in and it tells me the flight number is not valid. I tried leaving off the Confirmation (wich I was putting in where it asks for Record Locator) and it told me it was a required field. I am usually pretty good with these things, but I am not seeing what I am doing wrong this time...

I had the same problem and I found out that when they ask for flight number they only want the one that is on the last leg of your trip. i.e. we fly from Indiana to Detroit and then Detroit to London. They only want the flight # from Detroit to London. Hope this helps and if not, the previous advice was the best - just call Princess.

Topher,
I bet that's it.

I've been on the phone with Princess twice today. They are most helpful. American Airlines cancelled my 10:30am return flight from Ft. Lauderdale and booked me on a different flight at 9:50am. Princess advised that I could probably make the flight if I took a cab. I wasn't going to risk it. I got American to move me to a 3:00pm flight. Everything else in between stopped in Chicago. That's a bit out of the way headed to Dallas. I wish there was an Admirals Club in Ft. Lauderdale!

Record locator number could also be called your confirmation number on your email. Assume you're talking about your airline reservation. It's generally a combination of 6 letters with one or two numbers included.
