Princess Chef's Table Menu & Pictures

Hi!

We just posted the pictures and menu from Princess' Chef's Table Dinner on the Crown Princess on November 11, 2011 on webshots. Truly an incredible meal, and a once in a lifetime experience - well worth the money!

Here is the link:

Hope you enjoy them!

All of our 21 albums in webshots are cruise-related; since Breeze is a cruise agent, we try to go at least once a year, if possible (wish it was more!).

THanks!

Indeed an incredible meal. Hopefully, NOT a once in a lifetime experience! We will gladly do it again .... and again!

We did it on the Sapphire Princess last December. The Maitre d' and the Executive Chef were both delightful hosts and the food was, beyond a doubt, outstanding!

Our menu was different from yours. Probably it varies from ship to ship, and even from meal to meal. AIRC the event was offered twice on our 14 day cruise.

Our pictures and report are at
Cruise to Hawaii for Christmas

Enjoy!

Hi, Mike -
I agree, hopefully the Chef's Dinner won't be just a Once in A Lifetime experience - we'd love to do it again on our next Princess cruise!
I just looked at your Hawaiian album with your photos of the dinner - you were smart & remembered the wines ... we were too busy drinking them (LOL), and I didn't have a pen with me to write them down. I think that the menu does vary from ship to ship, cruise to cruise, depending on what ingredients are available, and the chef's discretion.
Thanks for commenting & have a great day!!!
Jane

Great photo's. My husband wants to do this on our first Princess cruise. It sounds like a wonderful opportunity and then we saw your pictures and that just 'closed the deal'....

I'm not sure I want to do it again, our last time was on Ruby and Head Chef Alfredo Marzi did it, how can you beat having the head chef of the entire fleet host your dinner? He was incredible. Anything else might be a let down
