Over 100 with noro in Galveston now off Crown Princess
 

I wanted to be on that ship too. I am sorry to hear my favorite port is the one on FOX news because a lot of people on this ship had noro.

FOX said over 100 is all I heard. People quartined to their cabins. Uck. I would be so dissapointed if that happened on my cruise. 100 not that many .. at least it wasnt 1000 or some really huge number.

Disembarking now they said. Reporters at the scene.

Our fellow Cruisemate Ray Snoozeman was on that sailing. His blog report should have some info on the outbreak.

Today it's the Crown, tomorrow maybe the Ruby. All the ships get their turn eventually. ;)

The news was very misleading. The ship was cleared by Health inspectors in Fort Lauderdale before anyone got to Galveston. Most ill were within first few days of sailing.

I had wanted to cruise her this Dec. Glad I chose the Triumph instead!

ABC news just reported sickness on QM2 and Emerald Princess.

It can happen on any ship. The Disney Magic has had it several times since coming to Galveston.

Yes it can happen on any ship on any line.

Picking a ship to avoid noro is like trying to buy a computer that won't need to be upgraded/replaced !
