Any info on Grand Princess please.

The Grand class is my least favorite class for Princess...[sorry] I dislike the way they tried to break up the large spaces to make more cozy areas....too choppy for my taste. The theater is the worst I have been in at sea...very small narrow entrances into the room, make it a pain when the show is over. The pool area is quite pretty.

I also dislike the way the traffic flow is on the "Grand" class ships....It takes a few days to figure it out and then not get lost...Just weird the way it is layed out...

The performance theater is MUCH too small. Princess says they try to make up for it by having many (but not all) of the performers appear in the rear lounge later in the week. Problem is, the rear lounge is broken up by huge columns that block the view from about 30% of the seats.

I also did not like the way the buffet was laid out. It's basically an oval, with stuff available along the sides and in the center. People keep bumping into each other.

Almost all the aft lounges on any Princess ships have columns- the Grand isn't any different.

Since the last refurbish the buffet has changed a bit & things have improved from what I've been reading.

I actually liked the buffer areas on Ruby (I assume like Grand) and the aft pool was great. It was odd having to go through other areas, casino or wheelhouse bar, to get to the theatre.
