Red face Can you smell smoke?

I realize that's sort of an alarmist title - sorry! My question is, if your cabin is directly below the casino (which mine appears to be for an upcoming Alaskan on the Star Princess), can you smell the smoke? I've walked through the "WALL" of smoke inside there and well, it's gotta go somewhere, right? And can you hear it? I know they build the ships pretty well, but I'm getting a little nervous that the smoke's gonna come right into my cabin (an oceanview). Seven days of that would be pretty hard to take, since it would get all over everything, and I'm a 100% non-smoker. Would love to hear if anyone's smelled/heard all that chang-chang-changing all night long from a cabin directly below. Thank you!

The cruise to Alaska that we just completed . We didn't smell any smoke or hear any noise from the casino. I was told that the casino has it's own HVAC system and not tied into the ship systems.

We've never booked anything that close to the casino but it's doubtful that the smoke would be a bother since most of the smoky air is expelled from the ship and not recycled to other cabins. Since they've tightened the smoking rules last Jan it's really hard to find a smoky place on the ship unless you pass right by the areas.
