Question Lunch in Anchorage

As we transit between the McKinley and Kenai Princess Wilderness Lodges our itinerary says we have lunch on our own in Anchorage. Does anybody know where they drop you off? Hopefully this will be someplace downtown rather than just some truck stop on the outskirts.

Don't know exactly where they'll drop you off, but I'm sure it'll be downtown, possibly by the mall area.

It's not a big downtown area and you can easily walk to alot of places. But if you're having lunch on your own, I would suggest a great cafe; the Snow City Cafe is wonderful (Snow City Cafe | Award-Winning Breakfast and Lunch | Anchorage, Alaska).

Or, if you want a nice cold beer, great food, and awesome scenery, you can try Moose's Tooth Brewery (Moose's Tooth).
