We will be on Royal Princess to the Southern Caribbean for the 10 day in March and see it has 2 formal nights. We want to reserve dining in the specialty restaurants those nights but cannot get a handle which nights they are. I suspect the first night is the first full day at sea but cannot find information for sure. Can anyone assist? Thanks !

They are usually sea days, unless it is the last one.
Personally, I would do the MDR on formal nights and save the specialty dining for "normal" nights.

I agree. The MDRs are very festive on formal nights and I enjoy them.
