Navigator Internet Access

Anyone been on the Navigator recently? Does the Navigator have actual internet access or just the sending and receiing email?

The Navigator has actual internet access. Moreover, we found that time charges applied only for the time needed to access our internet service provider (AOL) and not to the time we were online with this provider.
