Anyone taking this cruise with young children? Please let us know. Debating whether to book it since they are promoting the Diamond with children under 18 free. Thanks!
I will be on the cruise with my family (9 of us). Ages range from
grandparents 67 -74. Parents 40 - 44 and grandkids 14 -17.
We usually cruise on the larger ships but couldn't resist the Diamond with luxury service, 2 for 1s and kids free.

Thanks for responding! I didn't hear from anyone and am regretting we did not book it, but my daughter is 5 years old and didn't want her to be lonely....It was my 40th birthday, but we booked Disney to make her happy. Do have fun - the ship looks glorious! SS
We have sailed on the Diamond 3 times. As far as I can recall, there are no childrens programs. Most of the lectures/entertainment are aimed at an older crowd. Frankly, I think kids would be bored to death on this ship.
For the summer they are offering a special new program for kids ages 5 to 11 and then a teenage program - but is only during the day. We didn't book it, because we were unsure about other children going. Hopefully won't regret our choice on Disney, as we usually travel very nicely and my daughter is use to it too!
