Does anyone know if you can register on the Radisson website your passport information and etc. like RCL and Princess?

Yes, you can pre register online. You'll just need your booking #.

fyi - I am trying to complete the Guest Information Form on line but I get a message that says, "Error 500" unable to complete.

Yes you can, I've done it several times. You'll need your booking number.

Regarding the questions about the Radisson screen not working: Someone else mentioned this on another board. They said something about the screen asking if you are new to Radisson or not. If you say you are a new cruiser, that it will work. I have not tried it yet myself.
