Hello- I'm a first time cruiser travelling with my husband and 18 year old daughter on the Radisson Diamond 4/9 Southern Carribean cruise. We are excited but were wondering what kind of items are included in their menus, since we've heard that food was excellent, ie are there high-end items like lobster and caviar? Looking to hear from some of you veteran Radisson cruisers. Thanks!
Lobster, caviar. pheasant, ostrich, wonderful beef, the works. We loved the Diamond....we have loved all the Radisson ships for their food. If you don't see something on the menu, ask. All they request is that you ask 24 hours in advance; if they can do it, they will. Really recommend asking for the Grand Marnier souffles.
