Default Visa's for Jordan

We are going on the Ebony and Gold Royal Journey in November. After reading the wesite concerning Jordan's issuing landing cards we were wondering if visa's were required ? Does anyone have any information on this. Thank You !!

Hi Wendy,
It sounds like you may need, call your travel agent, he or she should be able to make those arrangements for you. What other ports are you going to? Sounds like an interesting cruise.

Thanks Donna, We go to Israel, Egypt, and Kenya. Originally the travel agent said that we needed the visa for Jordan, but after reading the review on the Royal website, it read like you didn't. I wrote them, I hope they write back soon.
Anyway, thanks for answering me.
Wendy

Wendy... you should be receiving the packet from your TA shortly. We have people on that sailing as well. NO visa is required for Jordan.... the ship will get a group visa for all those on board. You WILL require a multiple entry visa for Egypt and RCI has included the application, etc, from Zierer Visa Service in the packet. Also, you should get the advance shore excursion order form and booklet and Guest Registration form too. Be sure your passport is valid for 6 months after the return date of your trip. This is a requirement for the Egyptian visa. Cost is $48 per person for the Egyptian visa, I believe.

P.S. You ought to call your t/a right away. We received that material a week ago or so and our clients have already sent in the material. It is NOT too late at all, but,,, you'll want to get your shore excursion orders in quickly... particularly the tours in Egypt.
