Default Bottled Water

I have found myself drinking a ton of water lately and am wondering if they sell bottled water on the ship, or if I can buy some to bring on? Thanks for any info.

Most ships do sell it, but it would be a lot cheaper if you bring your own.

Hi Dawn,
They even leave a couple of bottles in your cabin if you wish to use. If you do drink it, they will charge you and if you don't want it at all, just let the cabin stewart know and he'll take it out. You should have no problem finding it on ship or any ports, but you probibaly would want to bring some on board with you.

One of the FIRST orders of business when we meet our cabin attend. for the first time, is to request that he deliver 2 bottles of water each day. Works for us.

The water is VERY expensive... $2.50 a bottle... bring your own depending on you itinerary you may want to buy it and bring it on board..I. remember great prices and water in Bonaire... but also tired arms from carrying it..On shore in the worst circumstances... you can get it for half of what they charge on board ... just a matter of how much inconvenience you want to endure...Sure that you will enjoy your trip....

, on bottled small water bottles is how I hope to smuggle in gin for the sail-away. Looks like it will be a good ruse.

... thanks for the "two thumbs up" on the "water bottle" bar. :-)

Man, I just hope they don't ask to smell it. :-)

Try carrying enough water from the U.S. for a 12 day Med cruise! Try to find bottled water on shore excursions. Try drinking the water from Trevi and/or from Fontana dei Quattro Fiumi! Sometimes you can't put a price on safety. But then, if you book a room with a balcony - it's a great place to spend 3-4 days recouping from Etruscan Revenge! $2.50 a day is as reasonable as some other things we spend money on on these adventures! (I like gin and I love vodka - but it sure does not quench the thirst on a long bus ride!)
