I'll be going on my first cruise on the Voyager in late January. I've been told that RCCL is not much fun for singles and is primarily older couples. Is this true? Is anyone out there who's ready to have some fun with a group of single women who don't take Geritol and like to stay out late? If you'll be on the Voyager January 28th and you're ready to keep the disco open all night please respond. I'll provide the alka-seltzer and tylonol.
Don't think U'll have any worries on a ship the size of Voyager. RCI generally attracts a broad democraphic and it's sure to be even more so on Voyager.
While Carnival MAY carry a somewhat younger crowd, there really is no more likelyhood of more singles there. Just a myth I think.
Check the daily ship's newsletter (The Compass) the first day. There's sure to be a singles gettogether/mixer that evening. Also be sure to visit the disco later that night. Have a GREAT cruise!
just returned from the majesty and was surprised
at how young everyone was....35-40 was probably the average..but there were 91 honeymoobn couples......dont't think that you will get lucky but i'm sure that you will have a great time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Judy, aren't you sweet! Put a smile on my face. :-)
Sorry to say, we are doing the Mexican Riviera for a week beginning Oct 29th on the Rhapsody. Now, I'm in counting the days mode -- luckily, we have a weekend getaway planned to LA this weekend, which will make the wait easier.
I hope you'll find some men willing to accommodate you -- I know I am always a danncing fool at the company Christmas party
