Exact words from Jamie, (daughter) who just boarded Explorer of the Seas today in New York. She was in a nice balcony cabin on deck 8. She thought the dinning rooms looked wonderful, 3 stories high. Still had yet to really explore the ship, but wanted to get out on deck and check the rock climbing wall and catch the fireworks. Its sure got me excited and still have to wairt 184 days to see for myself

If we depart on the 5th for Ft. Lauderdale so we can make the naming ceremonies on the 6th, if not the 5th, we'll be there on the 6th that's for sure, I'M NOT MISSING THIS CRUISE!

You ARE going to love this ship! She's a beauty, so much warmer in decor than Voyager, with a drop-dead gorgeous art collection. So much fun! Should be more days at sea, I think.
