Default tipping info for 1st timer

Do you wait until the end of the cruise to tip all servers? Do you give it to them personally in an envelope? Do you tip bar servers, grill servers, poolside attendants 15-20% at the time of service?

You tip your waiter, busboy, and cabin atendant at the end of the cruise by handing them envelopes your cabin attendant will provide for you at the end of the cruise.

As far as bar servers go, the gratuity is automatically added onto the bill when you purchase a drink. No need to tip additional.

That's all there is to it!

I heard some people tip the cabin attendant a little something extra up front. Sounds like a good idea to me. Anyone had experience with this?
