While on Voyager 1/28, I met a few cruisers that did say they bought a day pass for Sandals and had a great time. Think they paid about 40-50 dollars

Jerry,
I was told that you can get a one day pass for $75.00 per person. If you do go there, please let me know how how you like it. ThanksJerry wrote:

You have yo make the arrangements ahead of time with your TA. They do not take walk-ins. It's $50.00 per person all inclusive
for the day. We did it on the Voyager last May and thought it was a waste of money. The place was small and run down. It's a lot nicer on the ship.

I've stayed a week at the Sandals resort Ocho Rios. We were in a penthouse honeymoon suite. I was NOT impressed. Since that day 2/1998 I have went to many significantly better resorts and the better resorts were even cheaper. Back in 1998 I paid over $5000 for the week long trip and flash forward over the last 17 years and EVERY place I've stayed since then was not only much cheaper it was leaps and bounds better! Sandals wasn't that great.. Maybe they've improved in the last 17 years but it was so bad a resort for what we paid that I'll never give them my money again. So many better places to choose from. Good luck on your trip.

Do you realize you're wishing someone good luck on their trip that they took in 2001?

Plus, Sandals has definitely changed in 17 years, although they're still not as nice as many other all-inclusive resorts. Then again, that's why people do research to make sure they're getting something they want.
