How many Royal Caribbean cruises have u taken? And, which ship was your favorite?
We've been on 7 RCI cruises..
Nordic Prince, Majesty, Grandeur, Rhapsody, Legend and Vision. I just LOVE the Vision class ships, but the Radiance seems like a beauty, and I can almost hear her call my name <G>
<Join us on a CruiseMates Group Cruise
Only 5 for us but we were on the Radiance 4-23 and it is spectacular. Their set-up fpr the Windjammer will be the standard for all ships in the future. Number 6 coming in Oct.
We have only sailed Enchantment so far but we have Radiance booked for June 16th. We loved Enchantment it was a gorgeous ship and from what I have heard and seen Radiance is even nicer. We are T minus 6 weeks and counting!!!
Grandeur 97-Grandeur 98 Grandeur 2000 and Radiance 2001. And a few other cruiselines in between. Kept going back to the Granduer because we always had a great time. But the Radiance is calling me this December!
11 cruises on RCI - with the 12th booked for December
1 Nordic Prince
7 Nordic Empress
12 Adventure in December
It's really a hard question - we liked them all. Our first got us hooked. Our favorite cabin was on Explorer - cat. B suite. Our favorite as far as meeting people was on Enchantment - our table for 10 included the Staff Captain & couples from Scotland
& Holland. We met our current travel agent on our first Majesty sailing. We are planning Hawaii next year with friends met on Voyager and ran into again on Explorer...so we could go on and on, even with crew acquaintances that we email and see on future cruises, but you get the point. WE LOVE TO CRUISE and Royal Caribbean has been outstanding to us!!
13 to date, dating back to Song of Norway in 1983. Just booked Explorer for next October. In many ways my favorite was last year's Circle the Caribbean cruise on Splendour. Great itinerary and fantastic crew, superb service. Really liked most aspects of the Radiance and it could become our favorite if we were to cruise her again for a longer period and with an experienced crew. My only misgiving is the arrangement of the Centrum which relocates the sitting areas away from the side of the ship where, on Vision Class ships, you had such great views of the ocean.
I've done 30+ since 95 & have been on most of the fleet. Just did the Explorer in April & booked on the Radiance June 2. I have found that most people like a certain class of ship, i.e. pre-Sovereign, Sovereign class, Legend class, Voyager class & the new Radiance class. The "Favorite ship" is the mix of the class & more importantly, the staff. I've been on the same ship with different staffs and had very different experiences. Of course, the older ships cannot compete with those just built when it comes to design & creature comfort updates.
For me, my favorite ship is always the last one with a new favorite just around the corner.
We Have been on Two RCI Cruises, Nordic Empress and Exployer along with 3 Carnival and 1 Celebrity Cuise. We loved them all, but Exployer was our best cruise ever. Maybe because it was our last cruise? or maybe because it was the Largest ship we been on? I dont know whhy. All I know is that it was one geat time. Cant wait to go again.
Looks like I have beat all of you aleast 250 RCI cruises .Give or take a couple of dozen Seven on the Vision this year and 4 more planned for this year The last 2 in Akaska this year and 2 to Hawaii. So will be on 4 round trip cruises .Still cruising. Have bagges packed ready to go
