CAN SOMEONE TELL ME WHAT THE FRIENDS OF BILL W ARE I SEEM TO BE THE ONLY ONE NOT TO KNOW.

Hi Jim,
Bill W was the founder of alcolics anonymous. They hold meeting on board cruise ships for those who want to meet. I too didn't know and had to ask, so don't feel bad :-)

I am a friend with an 11! Bless Bill W. And now you know why I am always *****ing about the unavailability of coffee and iced tea on some cruises.

Anyone ever figure out that the cruise industry must dread customers like us!!!

Unfortunately, on most of the cruises I've been on, the meetings are at strange hours. To.. basketlady.......God Bless and keep the faith. I've got 8 on July 25.

21+ yrs and my first cruise...
Where are the meetings held usually (on Grandseur of the Seas in particular) and what times normally held?

Sailing Jul 8th to Bermuda out of Baltimore...

The locations are usually listed in the daily Cruise Compass.

i live in Maryland - so that's why the crab - actually a 'crab' is what my wife calls me....lol
Always buying me 'crabby' t-shirts and cups, etc....lol

FYI - Along with Friends of Bill W., there is also a group called Friends of Dorothy which is for Gay cruisers.
