New York Harbor

Can anyone provide us with the location of the dock that Cruise ships (Carnival,RCL,etc) uses? Pier or address would be much apprciated, thanks! Also, is this location closer to LaGuardia or Newark airport? Thanks in advance!

It's simply called the NY Cruise passenger Terminal-at 55th street & West Side Highway. It is about equal distance between airports. johnny

I would avoid LaGuardia if at all possible. It's easy from Newark Airport to get on the NJ turnpike North to the Lincoln Tunnel and follow signs for the West Side Highway (you can also take 10th Avenue) to 55th Street. The streets run in sequence and it's not that difficult. Just head for the water on the West Side.

Went on the Carnival Destiny in August 2001 which went to Canada. It left New York Harbor and it is closer to LaGuardia Airport.
