New To RCL

My wife & I took the family on Norwegian's Norway in June and had a great time. On the way home, some of the RCL cruisers told us that RCL was a must, so we booked a three nighter on RCL's SOS in November. (Nov 16 - 19) We've cruised before, but never with RCL. Can someone who has cruised several cruise lines give us their thoughts about RCL? Also, what excursion(s) would you recommend on the three nighter? We're planning the summer vacation now & would also like any ideas on RCL's Eastern Carribean package.

Thanks

We have cruised the Norway and the Sovereign as well. RCL is our favorite line for many reasons however we enjoyed the Norway very much. She was charming and nostalgic.

The sovereign is one of RCL's older ships (no balconies) but a grand ship just the same. It has been some time since we sailed on her but had a fantastic time. The food, service, activities, shows, etc. were all great. We had a cat. B which was a larger cabin w/ lots of closet space and a spacious bathroom.

We have also sailed w/ Carnival and Princess (11 in all - 6 being w/ RCL).

32 wks. to Grandeur and Circle the Caribbean...Denise :-)

My family has cruised 9 times, five with RCCL. I have found that any cruise is what you make of it. I think that many have unrealistic expectations. RCCL has always provided great service, and a great cruise. They are my favorite line, although Princess does a close second. You will find the three night cruise to be a more active and more of a late night life style cruise. We are sailing the Radiance to Alaska in two days, and I am sure we will enjoy another fine cruise.
