Would really appreciate some input from you guys on how to get some assistance.On a cruise taken this past July on RCI, upon disembarkation in England we were given coupons good for the next cruise we book on RCI. When I booked our next cruise, the travel agent told us that RCI wouldnt take the coupon because the coupon amount was quoted in British pounds. I myself tried to speak to various people within RCI and nobody would do anything. They all said they would check on it and get back to us, but have not. The cruisemates consumer affairsperson hasn't replied to my emails as well. If RCI took my American dollars for the cruises I have taken with them all these years, why cant they accept their own coupon. Thanks to all and Happy and Healthy Holidays
Go onto www.royalcaribbean.com or www.rccl.com and look up their customer service email/phonenumber and call them directly. Your TA should probably handle this for you, but if you're getting nowhere through that route then contact RCCL directly. I've found them to be VERY abliging. I've had great results from RCCL.

You're most welcome. I love cruising on RCI/Celebrity and doing business with them. Over the years I've had a few incidents (torn luggage, coupons, etc.) and they've been exemplary in how they handled it. From my viewpoint, they're a great travel company. I hope you enjoy you're cruise (I'm sure you will :-). I'm on Adventure of the Seas on 1/20/02. I can hardly wait.
