Default Pre cruise in Vancouver

We are doing a pre cruise in Vancouver before our Hawaii cruise.
We are staying at the Fairmont Waterfront. I would like to hear your experience.

Go to the Vancouver Aquarium, it is very nice and is in Stanley Park. The Horse Buggy rides there are pretty cool too. We really enjoyed Vancouver, but there were more panhandlers there than I had seen in a while. We tried to eat at a sidewalk cafe and finally had to move inside because we were approached so frequently

I love the Waterfront Centre Hotel. Call them and try to get one of the rooms with corner windows that look out towards the water. Its really worth the price and effort. If you do get one, wait until you see the window in the bathroom.

GO TO GRANVILLE ISLANDS UNDER THE GRANVILLE BRIDGE JUST A SHORT TAXI RIDE--THERE IS A RESTAURANT UNDER THE BRIDGE CALLED THE SANDS -- IT'S WONDERFUL WITH BIG FIREPLACES AND GORGEOUS VIEWS ON THE RIVER ADN THIER RIVER TAXIS. AND I AGREE STANLEY PARK WONDERFUL -- ALSO THE TRAM TO GROUSE MOUNTAIN AND THE SUSPENSION BRIGE AWESOME

Tell me what line are you travelling on?
What is your itinerary?
When are you departing and from where?
Sounds exciting.
I'm trying to convince my husband that he will love Alaska. He needs itineraries like these sound like.
