If your sailing on the Brilliance of the Seas Baltic cruise departing August 3 and have received your docs can you please let me know which nights have been designated as formal nights and which nights have been designated as informal nights.
We're on the 7/22 sailing. The final papers don't give you this information. You'll find out when you get on board and read the daily newsletter.
In general, on a 12-day cruise, there are three formal nights. These usually occur on the second night out (Captain's welcome-aboard dinner) and on the next to last night out (Captain's farewell dinner). The third formal night will probably be on one of the at-sea days in mid-cruise.
Because the second night out on this particular cruise is a late sailaway from Le Havre at 10 PM, I would guess the first formal night will be on the third night out, the 5 PM departure from Plymouth.
There will probably be three semi-formal nights scattered here and there and the remainder will be casual. For sure, the first night out and the last night out will be casual. This is typical on all cruises.
