Default provide interpreters for hearing impaired passengers

Hi, I am deaf and was told that Carnival and Princess provided interpreters for hearing impaired passengers if you request ahead of the time. How can I request for interpreter on RCCL Explorer of Seas for October 5-12? Please help!
