return flight after Enchantment

First cruise here...
How early can we -- should we -- book our return flight after getting off Enchantment?
I'd like to fly American and my choices are 12:49pm or I'll have to wait until much, much later in the day... about 3:30pm.

I'd like the earlier flight, but I don't want to be freaking out about being rushed.

You shouldn't have any problem making the 12:49 flight and you wouldn't be rushed!
