Sailing the Mexican Riviera 10/20/02. Only 63 long, long days to go. Anyone else going with us? Would like to hear from you. Would also like to hear any suggestions on what to do. I have heard that Randi's horseback riding is a great theing to do and I would really love to do it, but my parents are going also for their first cruise and they are 78 years old so I believe that the horseback riding would be out for us. Thanks
I'm sorry I will miss you, we are sailing on Oct. 27th. we are a pretty sedate couple. Okay so we are couch potatoes . I thought about doing a tour of the cities, thought that would be interesting. Most of them are bus tours without too much walking if they are like other city tours. Haven't really checked out RCCL's website to see the excursions yet. Would be interested in others comments also. Hope you have a great time.
When you are in Puerto Vallarta, do not miss the "Las Caletas Hideaway." It is awesome! It is very relaxing and a perfect trip for all ages. You can snorkle, kayak, sun, lounge in a hammock, swim, really everything that one would do at the beach. You will especially love the bar with swinging bar stools. It is beautiful! John Huston lived there when he was alive, it is his house and property, very laid back, lovely and private. I highly recommed it. I have gone twice and I tell all my friends to go there and no one has evercome back with a complaint. Enjoy!!!!
