We just returned from the 12-night Scandinavia/Russia cruise on Brilliance. We had a balcony cabin on Commodore Deck 7, Cabin 7674. It was across the aft of the ship. There are no elevators easily accessible--only in the center and forward of the ship requiring an extremely long walk. It was noisy and the ship's motion was very noticeable. This cruise was originally scheduled for Rhapsody of the Seas and I had selected the same accommodations in the center of the ship very near the elevators. When I complained to guest relations, they suggested I take a down-grade, which was an unacceptable solution. If elevator convenience is a priority, make sure you're near the center of the ship.
