Someone we know just returned from 5 night W. Carib. on Monarch (?) Due to bad weather the ship could not get into this port. They were told it only makes it 50% of the time anyway. Has anyone heard this? If so is it just this ship, what abt. Enchantment? We are booked for a 7 night trip & very much want to get into that port..weather can't be controlled but is this generally a difficult port to get into? Is it tender or dock? Thanks for the info.
The port there is new and you dock there. Last November when we were there we docked next to the Grand Princess (notice I said the Grand docked). I would say weather may be the factor.
