Breakfast, lunch and dinner attire
 

I just called RCCL and they said that for breakfast and lunch in the Windjammer or dining room shorts are not permitted. I saw on mytravelco.com that shorts are okay.
I would hate to be changing all day for meals.
Has anyone worn shorts in the Windjammer or dining room for breakfast/lunch?

The main dining room only restricts shorts at dinner. You may wear shorts to breakfast and lunch in the main dining room.
The Windjammer Cafe is a casual buffet and you can wear shorts for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
I just returned from doing three RCCL cruises, and they have all had the same policy.

Anything goes, I just came back from The Explorer , We wore bathing suits and coverups.

Hi Joanne,
Shorts are fine for breakfast and lunch in the windjammer cafe, also in the dinning room for breakfast and lunch. Its the dinner time that they are not allowed, also bathingsuits for any are also not allowed. If I was out at the pool and wanted to go in for lunch, I simply put on a pair of shorts and was OK to go into eat.
