Default Vision of the Seas 11/11

Just booked the Vision for 4-nights to Catalina, Ensenada and San Diego.

If you're looking, they are offering great rates on Category Z (guarantee inside room).

I've been on the Rhapsody, so can't wait to experience the Solarium pool again.

Hi Harry, Having been on both Rhapsody & Vision (Vision on Sept. 8 to Alaska), I think they are almost identical. Maybe the colors in the dining room are different, but I think our cabins were the same. Hope you don't get Deck 2 aft as the engine noise was terrible for about the last 4 days. We were in 2116, & our cabin steward was Arief. He was a doll; every night some cute animal made out of towels. Anything we asked for, he got it. So he made up for the cabin noise. The food & service were very good; we enjoyed our waiter. He's on his vacation now. I'm sure you'll enjoy your cruise!!

Delores, thanks for the input. The friend I am taking with me is a cruise virgin, so I think the Vision class ships should blow him away. That will be one of the best parts of it.

Harry, One thing I forgot to mention was that there was a terrible sewer smell on Deck 3 right below the dining room. Hopefully, this problem will be corrected by now. Luckily, it wasn't on our deck. We always used the stairs, & you could smell it when you went by that deck.
