No they couldn't. Where are they going to get them from? Nassau???? Freeport?????
First off, you have to have some available that's not being used and second they have to travel through treacherous seas and winds for miles and miles to even get there. If, and that's a big IF, they could even find some tenders available I rather doubt any sane captain would risk his life and crew's life trying to get to some people who are at least safely on land; with water spouts popping around the waters.

Even though they are uncomfortable, they are safely on land.

I'm always amazed at how simple people think boats and ships and planes and helicopters can rescue people at sea. It's NOT that simple.
