Majesty of the Seas

Planning on a weekend trip in the near future on the Majesty of the Seas. Just curious to hear from anyone who has sailed recently on this ship...Looking to hear both the good and the bad ! Just looking for a nice, yet relaxing weekend cruise ..

Last sailed the MOS in November. My Mom and Sister just got off last Monday. She's in fine shape... excellent service, good food, etc. Just remember that the cabins are quite small in all the categories below "D". For a 3 night cruise, that isn't too much of a problem, I'd say. Enjoy!

was on back last month.Food was good and staff was freindly.We ate at the windjammer cafe never saw the dinning room,food was the same in windjammer with out the fancy.Also stay away from casino and jackpot bingo.what a rip off..nassau every shop is basicly the same.get free pearl earrings at one shop.just remember go left at the end of the pier.

Cliff Z, thanks for the info. I was under the impression that the food selection was different in the windjammer. I won't kill myself looking for good bargains since most of the stores are the same.

Sailed MOS last November. The ship was clean, the live music at the pool was great, and the service was also good. We always had breakfast in the Windjammer and dinner in the dining room. The wait staff were great, and the dress code not to dressy. My husband wore khaki's all but formal night and formal night he wore a dark suit and tie. Hope you have as much fun as we did.

THANK YOU ALL for the "POSITIVE " comments ! I can't wait !! And, yes..we did book a Cat D room ! -- Last question....are there safes in the room? On the Sovereign , if I recall, there weren't ...Again...appreciate all your help !

Yes... category D and Higher have safes in the room. When are you going? We leave Friday for the 5th time on Majesty. (2-7 days...3rd 3 day) Cruise #13...I think I am addicted!

Sailed MOS in November. Food was great in the windjammer. Casino lucky for me though,won 1400 on the slots, $1000 jackpot on one machine, $400 jackpot on another on two seperate days. Service great in all areas. You will love Majesty.
