There are numerous hotels in FLL within 5 minutes of the piers. At the airport is a Sheraton, FLL Downtown is the 2 1/2 * Amerisuites off 17th St., with 3 * Embassy Suites just around the corner which both provide airport and pier transportation plus breakfast, 3* Marriott Marina is right on the Intercoastal Waterway, 4* is the Renaissance and Hyatt also on the Intercoastal is under Ft. Lauderdale Beach as it is on the other side of the 17th Street bridge blocks from the beach. I won the 3* FLL Beach Doubletree Galleria Suites hotel on the Intercoastal for $75 per night on Priceline for April. This really depends on what you wish to pay.
