No smoking in cabins

Does anyone know if there is smoking permitted in cabins on AOS. I hope not, because the smell just makes me feel ill. If there is a smoky smell, what can we do about it, apart from sleeping on the balcony?

Smoking is allowed in the cabins, but the cabin attendants do an unbelievable job in making sure that any smoke smell from previous cruisers is gone.
