Hi. Me and my family will be going to Alaska on the Serenade of the Seas in August 2004. I was just wondering what is the ages of most of the people on this cruise? Are there many teens on the Alaskan cruises? Thanks! Melissa
i just got back from alaska in july on the vision of the seas....it was a family vacation...there were enough kids to keep everyone happy but it is a very different cruise from the caribbean...not as much hanging out on the deck because the weather but the scenery is spectacular and it is worth going to see if youve never sailed here before ...rains alot but dont let it ruin your vacation still lots to do
On my Alaskan cruise the ages were the highest of any cruise I've been on. Many folks in the uppper 50's and above age group. There were younger folks also, but it definitely was more ore on the elder side. I saw very few teens or children at all for that matter.
As mentioned above, this is VERY different from a Caribbean cruise. It is more of an enriching/natual grandeur tour, unlike the "fun in the sun" you see in the Caribbean.
