Enchantment

We will be taking our very first cruise on the Enchantment on Sept. 25. I can't have caffine. Can I bring canned soft drinks aboard in my carry-on? Where can we get ice? If we bring a bottle of wine, is it a hassle to get it when we want it? Thanks.

Yes you can bring soda on board - just mark it with your room number like luggage and have them deliver it. Let the steward bring you ice. Liquor is confiscated.Wine is different.

The Cabin Steward will keep you ice bucket full for you. If you bring wine and want to enjoy it in the dining room, they will serve it for you for a corkage fee of $12 per bottle. Liquor bought ashore is held until you arrive back at home port.

I've been on the Enchantment twice. I've been on 3 other ships, including the Carnival Conquest. I know this doesn't pertain to your question, but I want to let you know that the Enchantment is one heck of a ship! GREAT staff, great ship, and just a great line. Have fun, and liquor isn't a problem if you 'sneak' it on. Have fun!
