Default Serenade cabin questions

We are booked on the Serenade in Category G 4th floor (top outside cabin, no balcony). From the pictures I'm seeing of the ship, our floor/cabin is directly below the lifeboat deck. Are we likely to be bothered by noise from people walking on this deck or is:

a) this deck not used for walking much by passengers and crew
b) the cabin so well insulated that we don't hear noise
c) we will be driven nuts people walking above our heads while we are sleeping.

Also, it looks from the pictures I've seen that some outside cabins have larger windows than others. Is this the case or an optical illusion in the pictures?

I would love to hear any comments on this question. We are booked in November and we also have a similiar room. Love to hear anything anyone has to say.

Have walked the Serenade "many times" my educated opinion is "B" where on deck 4 are you located? The Serenade OTS is a beautiful ship :-)

Cabin 4016 - mid aft, I'd say about a third of the way from the back

Cabin 4016 is a nice cabin. the sofa in the room is smaller than pictured. the beds are confortable. The bottom of the Tropical theater is on your deck easy for going to the shows. Use the forward elevators they tend not to get as much use as the atrium elevators. Enjoy the ship and the cruise!
