We will be leaving Galveston sunday 10/5 on the Rhapsody of the Seas.
My first time on the ship, second time from Galveston.
If you have any questions, ask now,
I'll have answers and pictures in a couple of weeks.
Please make a note of your favorite food items in the dining room. This is what my husband and I look forward to the most. Also a note about the dinner breads available would be great. Do they bring a selection in a basket or do you order from a couple of choices?
Also, are there any tables for two in the dining room? My TA said there aren't but I have a feeling if the Head Waiter is given enough money they may be able to find on for us. Thanks!
Just got back to town yesterday, lots of pictures (325) & lots of stories.
Perfect weather the whole trip, beautiful ship, lots of food.
If anyone out there is wondering about booking Aft cabins, do it NOW.
The Rhapsody has the best aft cabins in the fleet. I was in 8088,
others in the group on deck 7 aft. We had a champagne sailaway party
after lifeboat drill. There were 37 people in my cabin and on the balcony at one time.
No one felt squeezed or cramped. Once the word gets out, these cabins will be available only to those who book well over a year in advance. (like I did).
I will post a review and some pictures in a day or two, keep watching.
Glad to hear we aft cabin fans didn't steer u wrong! Am already booked on the "Jewel" in May in an aft cabin but we did change last month on our Hawaii trip. They offered us a suite instead of our aft "D" so we had to jump on it.
