I'd like to bring stamps with me rather than buy there, so that I am good to go. Anybody know the postage rate for mailing a postcard from the Caribbean?

Never mind. I decided to be not lazy and go to USPS.com.
If anybody needs to know.......Mexico is 50 cents, Haiti, Cayman, and Jamaica are 70 cents.

I believe that you have to use the stamp of the country that you are mailing from.

We were just on the Voyager on the western carribean cruise. I asked the purser about mailing postcards. He told me that they would be mailed in Jamaca and would take 10 to 14 days to get to the states. I just brought mine back and mailed them from the USA. Still got there sooner than if I had mailed them on the ship. Of course they did not have the foreign postmark.
