Default CROWN AND ANCHOR CONCIERGE ROOM

I will be sailing on the new JEWEL OF THE SEAS which has a deck plan like the BRILLIANCE OF THE SEAS. I have noticed a Concierge Room on the top deck where the suites are. I will be in a suite and will be able to use the Concierge Room. I also notice that there is also a Crown and Anchor Bar/Room on the Pool Deck. Can anyone here explain the difference??

All information will be greatly appreciated.

ROSS

Soitenly! The Concierge lounge is a private area for suite and Diamond members (card key was waiting in my room on last three cruises on the Radinace). The concierge is present during posted hours which are during continental breakfast and evening cocktails. The concierge can assist you with reservations just as they would in a nice hotel. The Crown and Anchor lounge is a public area where the Loyalty Ambassador sells the future cruises during posted hours. The view down into the Centrum is phenominal from that lounge (should be same layout as Radiance).

We are also booked on Jewel in May so am quite happy with this class of ship. I would recommend it to veteran "RCI" cruiser since I think it is a step up in the right direction for the line.

Is concierge service offered on the Enchantment, and for what category? We're in a Junior Suite for the 10/2 B2B.

HI CANDY,

I don't think the Enchantment has it...I believe you need a Radiance Class ship...maybe I am wrong...lets see.

I don't think this JS designation (which is now a Cat C) starts until April... they could make some changes by then. I have a B2B booked, and I loved the service on the Zuiderdam so would like it again.

They can help book offshore activities and on ship resturant reservations. Get private ice time, and even a daily newspaper.

Ross - yes cocktails and hors d'ouvres are served b-4 dinner.
If you have a DVD in your room - movies are available (free) - just sign them out.
The night before you get off the ship - colored tages for given for each piece of luggage.
Your color represents what time to get off the ship. Our concierge was able to get us off the ship first.

Although not our first cruise, this is our first with Royal. We have booked a Jr Suite in Sept 04. Does the Jr Suite allow is the Concierge Lounge and special services. We are on Visions of the sea. Go Vancouver to Hawaii.
