Default RCI's Johhny Rockets

Is the food free at Johhny Rockets? I have heard conflicting stories on this topic.

Hi,

I went on the new Mariner of the Seas ship in Dec. and I can gtd. you their food is free. The only thing you have to pay for is cokes, floats or shakes. You can still get water with your meal though and eating their won't cost you a dime! When you sit down they will immediatly give you a plate with both onion rings and fries on it. You can ask for refills on any of the food from the menu or order as many items at a time as you like! One meal I had both the hamburger and a order of chili fries as well as the fry/onion plate! So, enjoy and order away!

You are hereby forwarned about the onion rings with Ranch sauce. Extremely addicting.

Are these on Brilliance or only larger class ships? What's free on Brilliance. I assume Chops & Protofino are extra?

On Brilliance, Portifino and Chops are $20 pp surcharge per meal. They are the only food extra I know about

the onion rings are out of this world, but they do not even compare to the chill dogs with cheese. i had to eat one each night. the food is all free and they have budweiser on tap in jonny rockets. it goes great with a huge cheese buger.

OMG that is so funny (mrt), I was just telling my friend tonight about Johnny Rockets on the boat and I was saying that I could care less if the pop / milkshakes are free....I plan to be drinking a BEER while I eat my burger!

We leave Sat.... on Explorer! I cannot wait!

The best thing about Johny Rockets is the Apple Pie Ala mode.

I just completed a 7 day cruise on VOS

Water is always available for FREE

Soda is sold by the Can (12oz) for $1.73 (Total Charge) Everywhere
except Johnny Rockets, the only have Fountain Soda, But if you ask
they will give you a FREE Refill.

You can NOT use the Soda Card in Johnny Rockets...

I purchased a Soda Card ( 48.30 Total Charge for an Adult) and it was
worth it, since I received about 47 soda's. (28 soda's is the break even)

Do the onion rings and chili fries at Johnny Rockets give you gas?

FYI:
I was on the Adventure of the Seas last December and was able to use the soda card at Johnny Rockets many, many times. The soda card was $38 on the Adventure.

Just out of curiosity, when you purchase a soda card do they give you a mug to use for refills? (This is what they do on the Disney ships.)

I too sailed Mariner Dec. 14th. Wow what a ship. Johhny Rockets was great around 11pm to snack and go back to the casino. We booked a suite and loved it. Now I'm trying to find a ship that will match or better the Mariner and I can't find one. Hoping Jewl of the Seas when it sails in April.
